HR BUSINESS PARTNER/LONDON/INTERIM

A part/time, interim opportunity has arisen for an HR Business Planner to join my client on a 12 months basis, with potential for extension. This is an opportunity to work within a highly public facing organisation, for an HR Business Partner looking for flexible working.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the HR Business Partner, you will be working with management teams, advising on a number of topics, such as workforce planning, talent attraction and exit management. You will be leading on a range of ER cases, from absence management to grievances. You will be coaching managers in people management practices, providing guidance on complex HR issues. In addition to this, you will be deputising for the Head of HR when needed.

ABOUT YOU:

As the HR Business Partner, you will need to have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a small to medium organisation, where you were involved within a wide range of HR duties and functions.

In addition to this, you will need the following:

* Ideally CIPD certified or equivalent.

* Hands on recruitment and talent acquisition experience.

* Experience within HR Organisational Design, employee relations, recruitment and annual initiative delivery.

* Experience using HR information systems.

* Proven experience of providing hands/on HR Business Partner services to business units in key areas of the employee life cycle.

My client is offering a pro/rata salary of GBP 40,000 for this interim P/T vacancy. There is a strong chance of a permanent position after the 12 months. My client is looking for an immediate starter, who is able to hit the ground running.
