You will be working across the HR function, and with the rest of the business, helping to deliver a phased transformation of HR services in the new organisation.
The key responsibilities of the post will include:
Developing role profiles for the new organisation
Supporting the development of HR management information requirements
Supporting the delivery of reward products, including preparation for a grading review
Reviewing and developing an end to end HR process
Scoping plans for local HR general support
Essential experience and qualification
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified (or similar) and have broad experience of working across HR functions and delivering HR products in public and private sector organisation.
You will need to have:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience of developing and delivering HR products
The ability to work flexibly according to changing priorities
Experience in change management in a fast moving environment
The ability to build and maintain relationships at a distance
