HR Business Partner

Are you an experienced interim HR Business Partner who has experience of office re-locations and its associated challenges?

My client, a leading Pharmaceutical company is seeking an interim HR Business Partner to help deliver a highly sensitive office relocation. As the HR Business partner your main deliverable will be attending the planned consultation meetings ensuring questions are answered in a timely fashion and concerns are alleviated with a view to retain all concerned parties.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a business critical move ensuring their future success. By drawing on previous experience you will be able to provide input into the current consultation process and give real strategic improvements to the programme.

To be successful you will need to be extremely proactive and adaptive in your approach, have excellent change management experience and have worked within the Pharmaceutical industry previously.
