My client, whose busy European HQ is based in central London, are currently looking for a HR BP with a recruitment focus for a 6 month contract. The client is global provider of informatics to the Pharmaceutical industry, therefore an understanding of the Healthcare market is advantageous but not essential.
* Knowledge and understanding of recruitment across multiple geographies
* Experience of the graduate (undergraduate and post graduate) recruitment
* Hands on experience of end to end recruitment, ideally for niche skills
* Experience of building relationships with academic organizations
* Experience developing and communicating an employee brand
* Experience working in commercial organizations to successfully deliver outcomes
* Experience of delivering discrete projects
* Ideally: experience of developing talent once in an organisation
* Optional: understanding of the healthcare market
