HR BUSINESS PARTNER - EMPLOYEE RELATIONS - CHANGE - ORGANISATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS - PEOPLE PLANS

Our client, one of the world's premier integrated oil companies, requires a HR Business Partner to be responsible for designing and delivering the people agenda, which has a major focus on organisational design, embedding change, improving capability and diversity and inclusion.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Ensuring that critical people processes are effectively and efficiently undertaken
- Engaging with line managers in the compilation of people plans and successful delivery of key people initiatives
- Providing line management with advice and options for improving organisational effectiveness, productivity and working practices

EXPERIENCE:

- HR project management experience including working on transformational change programmes with the ability to support effective implementation of business change
- Experience applying operational HR processes
- Experience facilitating talent review meetings and implements effective action plans to support increased capability
- Previous experience managing and being the point of contact for all employee relations matters including delivery of grievance and disciplinary processes, including execution of investigations

Please note that whilst this role is bases in Sunbury, there is the opportunity to work flexibly across Sunbury and within the City of Westminster.
