HR Business Partner

My large corporate client is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their busy team based in Milton Keynes.

The HR Business Partner will work closely with our HR Managers to develop the business and will deliver a HR plan to improve business performance and achieve business objectives by providing direction and advice on people, organisation and change management challenges.

The HR Business Partner will have:

*The experience to deploy proactive and reactive specialist advice in all aspects of human resources to our business
*Generalist human resources knowledge and experience whilst operating at management level
*Up to date knowledge of employment law and trade union legislation
*The knowledge to provide employee relations support and advice to the organisation on employment law and trade union agreements
*The skills to develop and manage effective internal HR relationships eg training and development, resourcing, comp and Benefits etc

The HR Business Partner will have the following skills, experience and qualifications:

*Delivery focused with the ability to support ongoing organisational change
*Able to work with our HR Managers to continuously improve our human resources plan for our organisation
*CIPD qualified
