HR BUSINESS PARTNER - TUPE - CHANGE MANAGEMENT - TULCRA - COSOP - PUBLIC SECTOR

Clearance Level Required: BPSS (DS)

Our client, a public sector organisation, requires a HR Business Partner to join their team in London on an initial 6 month contract to provide HR insight and input into the development of business strategy including responsibility for the delivery of HR strategy, in line with operational business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Act as single point of contact for HRBPs, managers/staff on HR transfer issues
- Work closely with local HR to ensure accurate data exists of movements during mobilisation and staff in post at transfer
- Maintain clear audit trails and handover material to ensure all necessary information is archived at the end of the project, including a lessons learned report

EXPERIENCE:

- Extensive change management experience gained within the Public Sector
- Extensive experience managing and mobilising large-scale TUPE transfers within the public sector
- In depth knowledge of employment law and relevant government policy, emphasis on TUPE, TULCRA and COSOP
- Experience dealing with Management Lead, Senior HR Business Partner (SHRBP) and Stakeholders
- Experience developing joint mobilisation plan with new employer HR representative and executing it, monitoring progress and escalating issues where needed

Please note that this position is based in London - however some travel and overnight stays will be required.
