Experience
The job holder will:
* offer unique insight into the organisation, having a sound understanding of the business and the HR profession;
* advise and coach leaders and managers on the implementation, and efficient delivery of HR and the change programme;
* challenge the status quo and make a case for change, in the business and HR, in order to improve performance and delivery;
* leads and builds the capability and capacity of the HR business partnering team;
* acts as a role model for continuous learning, showing an interest and curiosity in new ideas and opportunities.
