HR Business Partner - CIPD - Stakeholder Management - Talent Management - Business Change

My client, a FTSE 100 organisation and is looking for a HR Business Partner to join the team on an initial 3 month contract. This Business Partner role supports Information Technology and Services within Corporate and Functions. The successful candidate will be the key global business partner to a number of CIOs and VPs, and is expected to play an integral part in their leadership teams.

Essential experience and job requirements

- Experienced Business Partner who has worked on transformational change programmes
- HR functional specialist
- Experienced in liaising and Business Partnering with Senior level stakeholders
- Experience within Talent Management and Succession Planning and Reward and Performance Management
- Understands and can apply operational HR processes
- CIPD qualified
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
