Working for an established defence company, the ideal candidate will be required to work as part of a team, to deliver recently developed transformation people strategies to the agreed plan.
Responsibility will include; Co-ordination of a number of staff. Development and implementation of Leadership programmes, analysis of skills and competence requirements as well as training plans. The ideal candidate will be required to acquire support and firm commitment from key external stakeholders and other delivery agencies.
