HR Business Partner

We are looking for a professional interim HR Business Partner, ideally with a Technology slant to lead the HR workstream of a large scale project which involves the setting up of a new part of our IT business (Technology), working closely with Leadership to propose, create and embed new HR policies, processes, culture, reward and remuneration structures.

Recruiting both internally and externally, building EVP, career paths, trajectories, role profiles etc. We are looking for someone who has worked on projects, working with multiple stakeholders, who can very quickly get up to speed, dealing with change, proposing and implementing solutions - and then able to hand it over once the new function is set up.

Strong business partnering skills are also required as this role will be the main point of contact for the business during the project.

Key components
* An experienced and truly client centric HR professional, Embedded in the business with exposure to working in a complex and fast changing environment
* Experience of start up companies or setting up new teams is preferable but not essential
* Good project management skills
* Technology or IT background is preferred
* A good understanding of the business and the commercial environment within which it operates is a prerequisite, combined with a deep and broad understanding across the range of HR issues is essential for the role, enabling you to provide business focused solutions to your clients
* Capability to build strong and enduring relationships with your clients and colleagues
* Ability to use change management techniques to develop and/or implement initiatives to support a step change in business results
* Expected to fulfil all aspects of the role with minimal day to day guidance from your Head of HR
* Seen as a trusted People advisor with the ability to work on own whilst managing multiple stakeholders
