HR Business Partner, Maidenhead. Currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join a large organisation based in Maidenhead.

Offered for a 6 month contract either on a day rate or FTC

Working within a large HR team, you will be looking after a client group of approximately 700 within the COO group.
We are looking for a HR Business Partner with extensive organisational design and transformation experience. You will be developing cross functional relationships within the business to build business knowledge and commercial awareness.

The role:

This role will play a key part in planning and delivering multiple people projects within the technology and customer support organisation. The role will sit within the HR work stream and working with key areas within and outside of HR will ensure key plans are in place and deliverables achieved. Support to some business as usual activities will also be required.

Responsibilities:

To work with the COO HRBP in the planning, definition and implementation of a range of people projects across the COO teams.
Maintain overall progress of the Transformation People Plan, highlighting well in advance any deliverables which are at risk and taking proactive action to resolve with the relevant owner
Support day-to-day implementation of MST (transformation) project deliverables.
Ensure a detailed project plan for delivery is developed and maintained which supports the people plan and is cascaded to the COO HRBP and relevant stakeholders
Ensure stakeholder engagement across the group is developed and maintained across all work streams.
Develop proactive relationships with P&P CoE's to effect delivery of the people plan
Develop and maintain a risk register and ensure that risks/issues are escalated with solutions/options for resolution.
Manage coordination with internal and external stakeholder planning processes.
Work closely with the communications work stream to develop a communications plan when appropriate and support implementation
Ensure implementation and completion of projects to plan.
Support the COO HRBP as required in business as usual activities to support the COO teams

Knowledge and experience:

CIPD qualified or equivalent with proven HR experience in a fast paced environment
Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
Commercial awareness- understands the commercial environment the business is operating within and applies this to work
Ability to plan, priorities and work under pressure
Ability to quickly understand and analyse diverse information and data. Able to identify themes and gaps and then use information with the team and business
Experience of managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment
Experience of managing large people change projects and consultation
Project Management Experience
