HR Business Partner, London, 12 month FTC, £80-100K

My client, a leader in the financial services industry, is looking to appoint a HRBP for their offices in London. As HR Business Partner You will engage with key stakeholders to ensure they can meet business objectives through the management of their people, ensure that change is managed effectively and focus on driving high performance across the division. You will embed the leadership values across the management structure ensuring that the culture reflects the business requirements. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate a high level of commercial acumen, along with the ability to interact and communicate with a varied client group. You must be confident working both operationally and strategically, and be a motivated and inspiring leader for a period of 12 months.
