HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner, Lancashire £40,000 - £45,000 pro rata (3 days a week)

Opportunity to ad-value in a consultancy capacity and be involved in high-profile ad-value projects

THE ROLE

Due to considerable growth within Daisy Group PLC we are now seeking a part time HR Business Partner to work with us for an initial 3 month period.

Reporting to the HR Director, we are now looking for a true business partner to support on some key projects and day to day activities for the group.  You will be accountable for developing, driving and delivering strategic HR solutions, working closely with the business you will implement and educating and embeding people programs, tools and systems.

Key areas will include:

- Employee relations and support to the HR Advisor
- Leadership coaching and key involvement in our L&D approach
- Change programmes - including potential business acquisitions
- HR process execution, including continuous improvement and reporting
- People, Engagement and Culture projects

THE PERSON

As a CIPD qualified (or equivalent) and seasoned HR Business Partner with a strong commercial acumen, you will have experience in a fast paced, high change or growth organisation. 

With a broad skill set across multiple HR disciplines and a positive approach you will be comfortable consulting to our business across a number of high profile projects whilst supporting the HR team on business as usual tasks.

To be successful in this role you will have strong stakeholder management skills and be motivated by delivering, developing and influencing others. A demonstrable track record in delivering strategic HR projects in a high pressure project environment is essential.
