My clients, an International Consultancy with ambitious growth plans, are seeking a HR Business Partner to join their global team and take responsibility for theAmericasregion.

You will be responsible for the development and implementation of an effective People Plan that supports the achievement of business goals and maximises business performance.

You will support the regional MD and county directors to meet key business objectives through the strategic and innovative use of people resources and you will collaborate with key stakeholders to proactively identify areas where HR can add value, and lead solutions in support of strategic goals and improving organisational performance.

You will also collaboratively globally with other HR Business Partners and specialist functions, on the implementation of relevant and commercial people management practices including culture, engagement and retention, and reward approaches, appropriate to the risk profile of the business.
