HR BUSINESS ANALYST/POLARIS GLOBAL MOBILITY
On behalf of our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical players in Basel we are currently looking for an BUSINESS ANALYST with very good experience with HR GLOBAL MOBILITY SOLUTION and with previous experience in the pharmaceuticals.
It is a contracting position starting ASAP until end of year with option to extend.
In this position the BUSINESS ANALYST will be responsible for analysing cost tracking requirement, reviewing of different options available with POLARIS GLOBAL MOBILITY SYSTEM and PROPOSING NEW IMPLEMENTATION OPTIONS. The BA will also be responsible for defining an implementation plan, testing and change management.
You bring to this role:
- Experience in a similar position within a pharmaceutical environment
- Very good business analysis capabilities
- Very good experience with HR Polaris Global Mobility solution
- Excellent know-how of SAP HCM and Payroll modules
- Great communications skills in English
