HR Business Analyst (OD)

A leading Public Sector client based in Greater Manchester are currently in the market for an interim HR Business Analyst with strong skills in Organisational Design/Workforce optimisation. Daily rate of between £370-£420 per day.

The need is for an immediate start and will be a short 6 week piece of work with a specific goal of providing expert professional support to the organisations change programme. Specifically a review of Leadership capability and structure to fit in with the future Target Operating Model. This is in the context of a significantly reducing workforce as a result of high level spending reviews.

Main responsibilities include:

*Working with leaders and transformation teams to deliver transformational change

*Propagating knowledge of workforce and leadership analysis to staff across project teams and business areas in support of the portfolio of change

*Designing and delivering a method for assessing and evaluating the current leadership structure and develop options for changes in line with the future vision and operating model

*To employ a range of specialist HR workforce analysis techniques to arrive at a set of Leadership principles that will inform the future leadership structure

*To engage with sponsors, operational leaders and other stakeholders to build agreement, ownership and commitment to design work, including where necessary challenging traditional methods of operation and providing support to their personal development of alternatives

*To ensure that the new designs devised and implemented have a strong evidenced business case including measurable benefits and that they are sustainable for the organisation

*To contribute to all stages of the change planning process, providing professional advice and support to change managers
