For our client, a major financial institution based in Zürich, we are currently looking for a motivated and switched-on HR Business Analyst, Human Resources (Banking, Zürich).
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent project management skills, analytical and conceptual skills with high detail and result orientation
Experience in analysing HR data and identifying business improvement opportunities, preferably in the context of a large Matrix organization
Flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure combined with the ability to prioritize and to work independently in a small team
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and effectively interface with senior management
Sound problem solving and communication skills
High integrity and responsibility combined with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and to adhere to strict internal guidelines
Fluency in English, German is a plus
Good knowledge of HR processes preferred
Very good proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) as well as other HR technologies
