HR Business Analyst - HR Transformation & Change

An experienced HR Business Analyst is being sought by one of the UK's most successful and fastest growing Insurers to assist the HR Transformation Manager with the definition of a Target Operating Model.

The main part of the role will be to identify and report on the transactional and case management activity across HR, as well as process gathering for different pockets of the HR function.

Once this is completed there is scope for the contract to be extended and assist with the organisational design implementation and help facilitate the target operating model moving forward.

This is an initial 2 month contract based in Bournemouth requiring an immediate start (a maximum notice period of 2 weeks will be considered).

The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience:

Extensive Business Analysis experience to include:

Requirements definition and capture.

Responsible for planning and co-ordinating team modelling activities

As-IS/To-Be process modelling.

Target Operating Model experience.

Extensive stakeholder management and ability to present to senior management, VPs and Directors.

Experience of working in a HR Transformation and Change programme.

This is an urgent requriement based in Bournemouth. 

A maximum notice period of 2 weeks will be considered.
