HR Benefits Manager, Bristol, £420

My banking client, urgently requires a Benefits Manager to design, develop and deploy relevant variable reward policies, practices and processes aligned to the Group Performance & Reward strategy. This role will be on a contract basis, based in Bristol, paying up to £420 per day.

The successful candidate will be required to:

- Deliver professional/specialist expertise and insight-led input into the development and implementation of LBG wide variable reward policy and practice, specifically - Bonus, Incentives policy and accruals- LTIP policy
- Deferral and performance adjustment policy- Recognition* Support development and implementation processes to deliver Group variable reward policy
- Participate in multi-functional teams/HR programmes/projects/interventions to deliver required objectives, behavioural change and continuous improvement
- Deliver technical advice and guidance, anticipating and providing solutions to a range of problems to facilitate effective Performance & Reward practices and project delivery
- Specify content for materials which facilitate the effective communication and implementation of Performance & Reward policy
- Input to the development of medium-term Performance & Reward operational and budget plans
- Monitor and forecast actual spend against budget for specific policies, highlighting any variance and suggest required corrective action
- Influence stakeholders, providing guidance, advice and challenge in order to support the delivery of values and behaviours.
- Manage and minimise operational and people risk and deliver regulatory compliance
- As required, influence, develop and motivate colleagues, creating a high performing team (direct, indirect or project related) that will deliver business objectives and outcomes.
