HR Benefits Consultant

We are seeking HR Benefits Consultant for 6 month contract position (potential to go perm) in Lawrenceville, GA. Individual must have worked in a large organization and must have Health and Welfare Background.

Skills:

- Bachelors Degree
- 8-10 years HR Benefits experience
- Intermediate skills with Lawson or Peoplesoft & HRIS Experience
- Microsoft Office experience
- Health & Welfare Background (Medical, Dental, Vision & Life)
- High attention to detail, service oriented, self directed

Responsibilities:

- Consumer Driven plans & wellness programs
- Benefits Adminsitration, Plan design
- Contract Negotiation
- Refinement plan administration
- Defined contribution and benefits plans
- Interact with Auditors
