HR AWARDS SPECIALIST - BANKING - ASSET MANAGEMENT

A leading Retail Bank based in Edinburgh is seeking an HR REWARDS SPECIALIST to work on a complex project, which offers the opportunity to work with senior level professionals in a highly respected organisation.

The purpose of the role/project is to undertake a review of existing compensation arrangements in light of forthcoming changes to local HR operating environment. You will be required to quickly understand scheme structures and rules to assess implications of moving management of short and long term reward schemes to a centralised HR model.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills within financial services (ideally retail banking):

- Experienced reward practitioner with broad understanding of more complex financial service environments,
- Asset Management.
- As well as proven experience on a large scale programme within a banking environment.
