HR Associate (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Support the HR Business Partner in the management, communication and streamlining of People practices (e.g. Performance Management, Compensation, Succession and Talent Management)
-Interactions with line managers and employees in order to provide information on the processes and activities carried out in HR
-Responsible for administrative tasks
-Support of various projects and initiatives
-Management of databases and HR analytics
-Support in the identification of process improvement opportunities in the HR Business Partnering area

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-University degree and further education in HR is an advantage
-Previous professional experience in Human Resources and/or in a global, challenging environment
-Strong Microsoft office skills (especially Excel and Power Point)
-Fluency in English, German speaking skills beneficial
