HR Associate/Campus Recruiter

For one of my clients I am looking for a HR Associate/Campus Recruiter who is available for a contract job of 6 - 18 months. The location is The Hague.

Job:
The facilitator is the face of the Graduate Recruitment Day (incl attraction event) hosting the day and responsible for candidate and assessor support. The facilitator is the guardian of the assessment process, ensuring that candidates are assessed by a neutral third party.

- Facilitate all activities of the RD (Recruitment Day): set up, attraction event, candidate briefing, RD exercises
- First point of contact for assessors and candidates during the RD and attraction event
- Guard the RD process
- Present a positive external face consistent with the Employer Value Proposition
- Maximize assessor's added value
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity of assessment scores being input into Kenexa Application Tracking System
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Efforts
- Evaluate calibration feedback of Assessors and behaviour during wrap up and report to Assessor Coordinator

Facilitates 50-70 SRD's per year including pre-attraction event. Approximately hosts 300 candidates per year. Manages relationship with 100-200 assessors in the proximate location.

- Requires attendance at the Attraction event including dinner from 14:00 till 17:00 and RD from 7:00 till 18:00 approximately 1-2 times per week.
- Working closely with RD administrator.
- Travel to other locations could be necessary within Europe to run RDs
- Conflict resolution during the wrap up discussion of the RD.
- The RD and attraction event will be applicable for all businesses and functions

Bachelor Degree preferred
- Min of 3 years of facilitation work experience in a role with a variety of levels of interfaces
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience with assessment methodology facilitation is highly preferred
- Relates well to students
- Problem and conflict solver
- Able to challenge senior stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills
