HR Associate wanted for our Zug based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources with exceptional communication and organization skills
- At least 3 years' professionalism in Human resources, preferably with project management experience
- Excellent computer skills particularly with MS Office
- Competency of working without supervision; taking responsibility and making decisions for the team
- Ability to deliver results in a timely manner, thus flexibility, a structured working approach, result orientation and great attention to detail and quality is mandatory
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken, additional skills in French are advantageous
YOUR TASKS:
- Supporting the cross-divisional HR team in overall organizational tasks
- Keeping employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in due time
- Contacting persons for line managers and employees in multiple assigned HR-processes, most of all associate's entry and exit processes
- Onboarding associates, being accountable for the organization and conduct of monthly cross-divisional onboarding/welcome day for new employees
- Coordinating personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements in addition to managing associates' birthday and company anniversary listings and recognitions
- Creating education documents, taking care of training repayments to associates
