1. Supports the cross-divisional HR team in overall organizational tasks, eg prepares and minutes functional HR meetings and other associate meetings, runs the meeting in absence of Head HR
2. Contact person for line managers & employees in multiple assigned HR-processes, eg independent responsibility of associate's entryinterface with business and IT in the exit/entry processes
3. Runs independently the whole apprentice process
4. Supports Communication department in internal communications in reference to personnel changes
5. Supports associate's onboarding. Accountable for the organization and conduct of monthly cross-divisional onboarding/welcome day for new employees; Supports the organization of the Innovative Medicine Onboarding Day
6. Supports HRBPs in training and assessment center organization, as required
7. Coordinates personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements. Manages associates' birthday and company anniversary listings and recognitions
8. Supports HR Business Partner and Staffing Manager in various topics for employees (vacation management, PMPsupports Head HR & Business Partners in relevant tasks
11. Supports Quality Assurance regarding relevant HR quality topics (eg Job Descriptions of employees) and supports in audit readinessattends monthly Compliance-Meetings
12. Cross divisional responsibility for Lunch-Check vouchers (order & charginginterface with the 3rd party providers (eg ISS) collaborating for associate/HR related topics
13. Responsible person for all procurement and accounting tasks for HR related invoices, eg e-shop orders
14. Responsible person for all x-divisional procurement and accounting tasks for HR related invoices
15. Responsible person for IGM (Information Governance & Management) HR tasks
16. Administrative support for Global Employee Survey
17. Responsible person for HR Contract Management (CLM)
18. Deputy to HRBPs/HR Manager as required
19. Supports Head HR in administrative tasks
