For one of our healthcare clients we are looking for a
HR ASSOCIATE
Start: 1/12/2016
End: 28/02/2017
Location: Basel
You will support the Head HR and HRBP's in providing in providing high quality service to client group(s), anticipates and responds to management's needs.
Some of your responsibilities:
- Building good working relationship with client group and seeks to understand their business challenges.
- Supporting Head HR in recruitment activities/Staffing Process, including position creation, levelling of positions and remuneration frame and ensures induction of new hires.
- Supporting in the salary review process. Explains company HR policies and benefits to employee.
- Advising line managers as well as employees on developmental tools (training courses, opportunities for developmental assignments, etc).
- Supporting HR BP's in operating the HR processes and systems related to entry, development, retention and release of employees. Running exit interviews coached by the Senior HR Manager.
- Establishing and maintains good working relationship with internal service functions, eg pension fund, company's doctor, social service.
Education and Requirements:
- Commercial background, High School Degree (KV, eidg. Handelsschule, Matura), further education in HR (HR Fachfrau/-mann or equivalent), University degree desirable
- Fluent in German & English: oralothers desirable
- 2 or more years HR experience in a specialist role (ie Trainingas a HR Assistant or managerial experience in a line function
