My client is a global blue chip financial organization that is looking for a HR Associate to join their team on a 6 month contract. This amazing opportunity for growth in a large financial services environment. I am particularly interested in speaking with individuals who have a minimum of 2 years experience with a large financial or insurance organization.
Responsibilities of HR Associate:
- Provide support and advice to the business in regards to development options
- Duties include Administration
- Data input/management
- Reporting functionality learn't and adapted to meet audience requirements
- Invoicing
- Ensure online internal system Talent Connection is used for performance
HR Events -
- Coordinate and administer internal and external Training Events
- Book and administer training courses
- Bookings/Invitations/Room set up/Event co-ordination
- All courses and events are captured in a timely and accurate manner
Skills/Experience of HR Associate:
- Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
- Documentation & Reporting skill
- Degree
- 2 years HR admin/coordination experience
