Main duties:
-Maintain all kind of requests (calls/tickets) related to HR Admin Services - ticket resolution provided within SLA.
-Performs service delivery according to the company HR Policies and Standards (HR P&S) and complies with company compliancy rules.
-Supports HR Business Partners, Line Managers and Employees for operational daily questions and ticket resolution
-Supports the HR Admin Service Manager around operational HR Admin tasks and issues.
-Is involved in process creation and projects, review, validation and implementation within HR Services Switzerland
Education & Competencies
-Commercial degree, further education in the HR services area (Personalsachbearbeiter/in or adequate education)
-1-3 years in HR or other administrative experience
Languages:
-Good spoken and written English and German, other language skills is a plus, eg French, Italian
Technical Experience:
-Experience with SAP HCM
-Experience as project manager
-Experienced with Ticket Tool
-Experienced in working for a Service Environment
