Our client, a global leading telecommunication company are recruiting for a HR assistant/manager to join their business in the United Kingdom.

Position Title: HR assistant/manager
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: August/September 2015
Duration: 3 months rolling
Location: United Kingdom

Responsibilities:
- Execute large scale employee transfer.rovider quotation, bidding, negotiation and supervising the engineering
- Support line managers & HR in the delivery of an effective Employee Relations service
- Provide support and advice on employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance and performance management, including investigations and hearings
- To assist in the delivery and implementation of a performance management system and manage staff Performance reviews via appraisals
- Deliver and design performance management workshops to ensure effective management and operation of PM throughout the organization
- Dealing with all enquiries including annual leave and sickness absence
- Managing the process relating to Maternity/Paternity/Flexible applications etc.

Qualifications:
- Strong experience in TUPE
- Successful experience of large scale employee transfers
- Experience of working with and advising line managers
- Excellent IT, communication and presentation skills
- Extensive knowledge of Irish labour laws
- CIPD qualified
- Confidence to work across all levels of the business
