HR ASSISTANT JUNIOR WANTED FOR OUR ZURICH BASED CLIENT.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Bachelor's Degree with substantial experience in the technical or IT industry
- A max. of 1-2 years working experience in recruitment (sourcing and screening candidates, evaluating their qualifications, conducting phone/personal interviews) and/or administration (bookings, daries, data management, etc.)
- Very good interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Collaborating with Technical Recruiters and providing support with administrative and recruiting tasks
- Assisting recruiters with interviews, external reference gathering, candidate follow-ups, internal system monitoring and maintenance, offer packet support, employee referral assistance etc.
- Managing processes and keeping them organized and efficient as well as maintaining customer service
