HR ASSISTANT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in BUFFALO, NY.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- PC Proficient
- Has a strong working knowledge of Excel, Access, PowerPoint and other Microsoft software.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the human resources industry

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provides support in functional areas of a human resources department, which may include recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development and training

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- May require an associate's degree or its equivalent with zero to two (0-2) years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
