HR Assistant - Immediate Start

HR Assistant - Sunbury - Initial 6 month FTC - £180 - 200 per day

Advantage Resourcing are currently working with a leading blue chip organisation who are looking to recruit an experienced HR Assistant to join a dynamic business functions team based in Sudbury
This role will provide HR support for all employee life cycle activities. This will include advising on HR policies and processes, coaching on completing people processes such as administering spot bonuses, promotions, off-cycle adjustments, leaves of absence and leavers.

The responsibilities include:

HR Policies and Practices:
- Act as a first line of contact for general enquiries and reply or redirect as appropriate in line with HR model
- Advise line managers and employees on people policies and processes
- Support the Reward and Talent Management processes through the provision of data and analytics

HR systems and data management:
- SAP OM management
- Maintenance of HR records on SAP

Resourcing & Deployment:
- Recruitment administration for new hires and internal transfers
- Create job postings
- Create new hire statements
- Complete VOFs and check contracts
- Conduct HR inductions and three month follow-ups

You:

- Experience supporting Human Resources activities and exposure to HR Services centres
- Experience with working to tight deadlines in an environment where priorities and delivery matter
- Strong administrative and customer service skills
- Personal attributes of flexibility, enthusiasm and professionalism
- Experience of working with diverse cultures
- Experience of providing and maintaining accurate data
- The ability to effectively manage multiple tasks through effective time management and prioritisation
- Excellent skills in MS Office especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint and an enthusiasm to learn
- Experience using SAP or other large scale HR Operating Systems
