HR ASSISTANT I needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in DORAVILLE, GA

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Experience in human resource industry
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Must have computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provides support in functional areas of a human resources department, which may include recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development and training
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision.
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- At least has Associates Degree or its equivalent with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must have computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
