HR ASSISTANT I needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in INDIANAPOLIS, IN.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Administrative skills
- Expertise in using Excel
- Experienced maintaining spreadsheets

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provides support in the functional areas of a human resources department
- Duties may include recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development and training

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- An Associate's degree or its equivalent with at least two years of experience in the field or in the related area
- Running queries and maintaining spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel) are a must
- Must be well versed in technology and answering phones
- Willing to work in the afternoon shift

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Has knowledge of the commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
- Willing to work on the afternoon shift
