HR ASSISTANT I needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in HARRISBURG, PA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Must be well versed in technology and answering phones
- Experienced HR Assistant
- Knowledgeable in computer software and has data entry skills

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:

- Provides support in functional areas of a human resources department
- Duties may include recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations
- Job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development and training

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Associate's degree or its equivalent with two (2) years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Administrative and data entry skills
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
