HR ASSISTANT I needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in LAUDERHILL, FL.

- HR Background/Experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provides support in functional areas of a human resources department, which may include recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development and training.
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
- Zero to two (0-2) years' experience in the related field or in a related area
- Must have exemplary Verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have knowledge usage of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision.
