HR Assistant/HR Support/HR Analyst

HR ASSISTANT/HR SUPPORT/HR ANALYST

Tangent are currently looking for a HR Assistant to work a 3 months rolling contract in London

The Analyst will lead a team of offshore PMO colleagues and be expected to respond quickly in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders is a must.

An interest in HR/Recruitment is preferred but not required, however there is an expectation that the successful individual will be able to review CVs, understand technical job specs and drive internal staffing pipelines.

STAFFING & SCHEDULING:

- Manage my Scheduling data ensuring roles logged are accurate in line with local compliance
- Work alongside Client contacts to manage resource candidates, CVs & client interviews
- Support re-deployment of those coming free to support new demand requirements
- Work with UK HR Scheduling teams to secure individuals to roles
- Work with the HR Lead to understand demand/Pipeline from Accenture Managing Directors
- Work with Client contacts to understand & reconcile demand
- Distribute regular Reporting updates to support the resourcing process
- Manage & facilitate the weekly resourcing call working alongside schedulers & project representatives to proactively map people to roles.

ROLL-ON & OFF:

- Work with an offshore team to welcome and depart resources
- Ensure Client Data Protection forms are completed by all new joiners or those leaving
- Manage and facilitate monthly induction sessions
- Ensure Induction materials and project contacts are regularly updated
- Manage internal supply list ensuing roll-off data integrity remains accurate
- Manage location audits of all People on the account

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:

- Manage the day to day activities of the HR/PMO team supporting HR Lead with regular feedback activities
- Train & develop project resourcing representatives
- Assisting in Performance Management activities as required
