My London based client currentl seeks a HR Assistant/HR Administrator
Accountabilities
- Supporting and leading on a variety of people stuff, including:
- Supporting the Head of HR with lots of various generalist People related activity including performance management, recruitment, engagement, reward, strategy and planning.
- Owning the administration, tracking and reporting of recruitment (contract and permanent). Making sure that candidates have an amazing experience and that we're on the ball with our agency partners
- Creatively contributing to the people agenda - coming up with new ideas and spotting opportunities.
- Helping to communicate - producing slide decks, attending meetings, speaking to stakeholders
- Being great at the (sometimes) boring stuff - ie governance, control, policy - diligent and organised
Key Skills
- Brilliant communicator (verbal and written) who is able to interact with diverse interfaces and stakeholders
- Experienced HR Assistant/HR Analyst
- Must love working and contributing to an informal, lively and creative environment
- Very organised and able to work in a pressurised environment
- Delivery, has a great say/do ratio
