HR Assistant German Speaking - We are looking on behalf of our client for a 12 month - mission, for a GERMAN SPEAKING HR ASSISTANT
Your Mission:
- Support the HR team with qualitative administrative support in all areas of HR including the collaboration with external vendors, invoice management etc.
- Provide support to associate's requests and ensure strong collaboration with the business
- Manage associate's personal files and HR database accurately
- Ensure HR processes and follow-up employee life cycle (onboarding, transfers and leave related tasks)
- Perform clerical duties and prepare employment contracts, amendments and work certificates
- Draft daily correspondence, reports and KPIs related to HR activities in German, French and English
- Act as a key contact person with local authorities (apply for work permits EU, Non EU citizenships) and liaise with internal departments
- Ensure that all activities are in line with Environment, Health and Safety principles
Your Skills:
- 1-2 years experience in an HR department in an international environment
- Understanding of Swiss labor law
- Some understanding of payroll or flair for figures is an asset
Your Profile:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Team player attitude, while working autonomously
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-driven
- Effective oral and written German (preferably mother tongue/fluent), French and English skills are a must
