POSITION DETAILS:
ROLE: HR ASSISTANT, BELGIUM
JOB LOCATION: - BRUSSELS BELGIUM
JOB TYPE: 12 MONTHS CONTRACTUAL+EXTENDABLE
LANGUAGE: FRENCH/DUTCH (ANY ONE)
JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLE DESCRIPTION: Responsible for effective deployment of client HR processes in alignment to the business objectives and compliance to employment laws in Belgium.
The focus would be on the following themes:- - Compliance - Understanding country level regulations on Employment and Immigration and driving compliance in the unit.
- On-boarding and settling of expat associates (including the aspects on Immigration & Visas)
- Deployment of client HR Processes & Systems.
- Partner Business in the growth and branding of the organization in the local geography
EXPECTED SKILL SET
LANGUAGE
- FRENCH/DUTCH (ANY ONE)
- ENGLISH
SOFTWARE
- MS OFFICE (WORD, EXCEL AND POWERPOINT)
SUBJECT
- LOCAL LABOR LAWS
