Our client, on Clevelands West Side of Cleveland is looking for a temporary HR ASSISTANT/RECRUITER.

The HR Recruiters job entails providing HR administrative support on a day-to-day basis and contributing to the long-run development of the initial recruiting function.

Job Description:

- Develop and execute recruiting plans.
- Manage the Orientation and On-Boarding of new employees.
- Develop and Execute Recruiting Plans
- Revise job descriptions as needed.
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Post openings online job search engines, company website, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
- Utilize the Internet for recruitment.
- Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
- Serve as back up to general HR responsibilities as needed

We are looking for someone who can start immediately and on a temporary basis, roughly 60-90 days.

This is a great position for someone looking to get a start in the industry with a Bachelors or degree or someone with experience doing a similar role.

Required experience:
