New exciting role open for an experienced HR Assistant to work on a 6 month contract with one of our larger utility clients based in Warwick

Skills and Experience required

*To support admin and HR tasks required in order to implement the Finance Change org design
*Previous experience in a HR role is essential. Experience of a restructure/consultation is preferred
*Educated to A' Level or equivalent
*Excellent communication skills, oral and written
*Able to work effectively in a team or alone and thrive under pressure.
*Able to take initiative and work proactively
*Use of Microsoft packages, in particular Outlook, Word and Excel
*Meeting coordination - arranging rooms, facilities and other logistics for internal and off-site workshops, meetings and consultations
*Management of SharePoint Consultation site, including uploading of documents and maintaining user access
*General HR Admin support to HR Business Partner in respect of consultation and org design activities
