HR ASSISTANT

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

- Effectively communicate with employees on a daily basis
- Maintain open-door policy and listen to employee concerns
- Answer questions and investigate situations
- Respond to employee concerns timely
- Assist in problem-solving
- Processes payroll and human resources changes such as: New Hires, Address Changes,
- Reviews wages computed and corrects errors to ensure accuracy of payroll
- Audit Retro Benefit Deductions
- Excel Analytical skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

- EXCELLENT EXCEL SKILLS
- HRIS/PAYROLL PROGRAMS IN A WINDOWS ENVIRONMENT
- WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES THAT ARE VERY ANALYTICAL AND DETAIL ORIENTATED
- THEY WILL BE AUDITING TRANSACTIONS FROM THE "KICKOUT" REPORTS FROM OUR VENdOR.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Contractor will be auditing transactions from the "kickout" reports from our vendor. Must be able to work independently

MINIMUM NUMBER OF YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 2 years (HR EXP HIGHLY PREFERRED)

DESIRED SKILLS: ATTENTION TO DETAIL

SOFT SKILLS: TEAM PLAYER - ABLE TO WORK WITH LIMITED SUPERVISION
