This role forms a critical part of the UK & Ireland HR Team.
The role will be working full time on a new process around quality checking and background verification. The ideal candidate will come from a HR/Recruitment background with a emphasis on compliance and ensuring all employment documentation is in order. The role will be working alongside onsite recruiters educating them on the process and ensure controls are managed and updating the verification system. This person will need to come from a strong HR/Recruitment/BV process/compliance background with the ability to interact at all levels. Immediately available would be highly attractive.
