Are you an experienced HR Assistant or junior HR advisor who is looking for a fantastic opportunity supporting an HR team? My client is looking for someone to work on a 12 month fixed term contract, where you will provide key support to the HR Manager & wider organisation in all HR related matters.
The Role
To provide effective administrative support to the Human Resources department mainly supporting the HR Manager with any activities aligned to the business needs. You will be responsible for ensuring all reports & documentation is maintained, processing all new starter & leaver details, keep compensation & benefit records in order and upto date, manage training to ensure that staff have attended mandatory training programmes
*Previous HR experience within a similar role
*Highly numerate and confident with calculations
*The ability to pick up new HR systems quickly
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Good PC skills - Microsoft Word and Excel experience is key within this role
*Administrative and organisational ability.
*A proactive, friendly attitude with the confidence to get stuck in
