HR ASSISTANT

OVERVIEW

An opportunity for a 4 month fixed term contract has opened with our clients HR team. You will provide administrative support to the HR Business partner, be involved in the recruitment process and in the generalist HR administration for the employee's of a international corporation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT WILL NOT BE LIMITED TO

-Provide accurate and time effective recruitment administration to support the HR business partner. Including being the point of contact for adverts and arranging interviews.
-Provide generalist HR administration, including variations to contract, liaising with payroll on new starters, supplying employment references and being responsible for the whole maternity process.
-Administer selection tests and psychometric assessments

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence people at all levels.
-Excellent attention to detail
-PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and HR system.
-The ability to work without close supervision, individually and as part of a team.
-Excellent organisation skills with a methodical approach to work and the ability to manage competing and diverse demands and priorities.
