The strong HR Assistant will have strong experience of providing efficient administrative support for all stages of the employee life cycle (ie joiners, leavers, induction, referencing, changes to terms & conditions)
Main Skills:
- Provide proactive, client focussed approach to supporting the business client group.
- Provide proactive, accurate and efficient support to the HR Business Partner, ensuring work is completed in line with KPIs, workflows, procedures and precedent documents
- Provide efficient administrative support for all stages of the employee life cycle (ie joiners, leavers, induction, referencing, changes to terms the authorisation process; review of job descriptions; liaising with recruitment agencies and business managers to arrange interviews and obtain feedback; and manage advertising campaigns
- Supporting the HR Business Partner with the budgeting and the appraisal, salary and bonus review processes
- Ad hoc project work as advised by the HR Director/HR Business Partner
