HR and Training Administrator - Maidenhead

Working for a leading corporate organisation in Maidenhead, you will join a Learning and Development team as a HR and Training Administrator. You will provide high quality administrative and organisational support for the Talent department, including processing budgets, maintaining Department governance and communication plans and maintaining Training facilities standards.

This role will be required to work effectively and collaboratively across People and Property and other business areas in order to provide an effective learning service that underpins excellent training experiences for employees in Three.

The purpose is to coordinate all the processes that keep the Talent department working as a well oiled machine, maintaining the master project plan that will drive performance and lead to excellent delivery of recruitment and training experiences.

Must Have:

Knowledge and experience of HR or Recruitment or Training functions.
Experience of coordinating activity in a busy customer facing support function, maintaining project plans and processes.
