HR and Recruitment Adviser

My client, one of the UK leading utilities suppliers are currently looking for recruit a HR and Recruitment Adviser to join the team on a contract basis.

Accountabilities for the HR and Recruitment adviser

Supporting and leading on a variety of people stuff, including:
Supporting the Head of HR with lots of various generalist People related activity including performance management, recruitment, engagement, reward, strategy and planning.
Owning the administration, tracking and reporting of recruitment (contract and permanent) across the brand. Making sure that candidates have an amazing experience and that we're on the ball with our agency partners.
Creatively contributing to the people agenda - coming up with new ideas and spotting opportunities.
Helping to communicate - producing slide decks, attending meetings, speaking to stakeholders
Being great at the (sometimes) boring stuff - ie governance, control, policy - diligent and organised

Key Skills required for the HR and Recruitment Adviser
Brilliant communicator (verbal and written) who is able to interact with diverse interfaces and stakeholders
Experience, knowledge or interest in HR is strongly preferred
Must love working and contributing to an informal, lively and creative environment
Very organised and able to work in a pressurised environment
Delivery, has a great say/do ratio!
